I had a great experience and would highly recommend K-C Party Rentals. I was impressed with the communication because I received a reply immediately and Carlos followed up with information. Excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I got the chairs and tables I needed for a birthday party on short notice. I was also impressed with the product because they were not cheap old chairs. The chairs were nice and sturdy, plus comfortable. Their prices are fair and reasonable. It turned out to be less than I expected. I would definitely use them again in the future.
